The room was so spacious and Mrs. Vera at the front desk was so pleasant! We were really impressed with the apartment-feel of our room, as we were staying for an entire week for Disney. The location was perfect, close to the parks, but not so close that you felt like you were at the resorts. Plenty of food options nearby. Our kids loved the breakfast each morning. The house-keeping was super helpful when we needed extra bedding, and was very responsive and fast. Would love to stay here again on future trips!

The staff were very diligent, friendly and accommodating. It was a very clean hotel and we had a hot breakfast that varied each day. Our kitchenette was nice to have and we had 4 meals there.

Good location with easy access to Disney Parks, Universal Studios and Sea World. Multiple restaurants within a short drive. All accommodations are suites with separate bedroom. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen with full size refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and 2 burner stove top. Free breakfast with excellent coffee provided. There is a hot tub in addition to the swimming pool. Parking is free.

I was very impressed with the room size. This room seemed perfect for a family because even the couch turned into a bed. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and made sure all my questions were answered.

The suite was big and had everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable but the rest of the furniture needs to be replaced. Even if breakfast was quite poor like everywhere in USA, at least they had real plates and cutlery (not plastic).

The hotel was in a great position located centrally for many visitor locations. The background (housekeeping staff were quiet, efficient and friendly) The reception staff Mario and Giovanna went above and beyond when we experienced problems that were nothing to do with the hotel. Also the blond lady whose name begins with Ip who welcomed us at breakfast was friendly and made us feel so welcome. The breakfast was good with plenty of variety and I'm glad we had to wear masks in the vicinity of food. The pool area was also great and was kept exceptionally clean as was the whole complex. Also, the bed was really comfortable!
